At True Form Composites, we believe that our facility is an extension of our commitment to quality and innovation in composite manufacturing. Located in the heart of Steventon, Basingstoke, our facility is designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and excellence from concept to completion.Our 7,000 square foot facility is purpose-built to cater to the demands of modern composite manufacturing
Clean Room
A 75m² temperature-controlled clean room ensures that our processes remain uncontaminated, promoting the highest quality in part production.Part Curing
We are equipped with a 6.5m x 2.6m fully programmable oven for controlled curing processes. Our facility also features a 3m long x 1.55m diameter computer-controlled autoclave for ensuring the integrity and strength of composite materials.Part Finishing
Our finishing room is fully extracted and sealed, specifically designed for trimming and sanding tasks, enhancing the surface quality of our products. Adjacent to this, we have a 255m² assembly area where components come together.Design and Engineering
Here, our engineers use Siemens NX software for advanced 3D solid and surface modeling, ensuring that every design is optimized for both functionality and manufacturability.
Inspection and Quality Assurance
Our facility includes advanced inspection tools. We have photogrammetry capabilities for non-contact measurement of complex surfaces and assemblies and a High-precision Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which provides geometric inspection accuracy of approximately 10µm per meter, ensuring that every part meets our stringent quality standards.
